Aircraft Maintenance Technician — A&P

Best Jets International is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate to join our team. We’re looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, approaches troubleshooting with care, and puts safety first.
 

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Diagnose and resolve aircraft mechanical, electrical, and system discrepancies.

• Complete work in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, manufacturer instructions, and company procedures.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Communicate maintenance findings, parts requirements, and work status to the maintenance team.

• Maintain proper tool control and a clean, organized work environment.

• Support safe, reliable aircraft operations while meeting maintenance schedules.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.

• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical publications.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

• Clear communication skills and a commitment to safe maintenance practices.​

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining jet aircraft.

• Experience troubleshooting aircraft electrical and avionics systems.

• Experience supporting time-sensitive aircraft maintenance.
