About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Inflight Services Manager to oversee and manage the inflight services operations at Best Jets International. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of passenger handling and services during flights. The position manages all Flight Attendants and Cabin Service Representatives, maintaining compliance with all federal regulations and company policies. This role involves managing training programs, scheduling, performance evaluations, and overall service quality to uphold the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all flights comply with aviation safety regulations, company policies, and emergency protocols. Serves as a member of the Safety Committee
• Operational Management: Supervise and manage all inflight services to ensure the highest standards of passenger service, safety, and compliance.
• Personnel and Training Management: Responsible for supervising, scheduling, and managing all Flight Attendants and Customer Service Representatives. This includes staffing subject to the Director of Operations approval. This position is responsible for ensuring all crew are trained and maintain adequate proficiency according to the company training program. In conjunction with the Director of Training; update and develop training manuals, handbooks, and training curriculum as required.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgetary allocations for inflight services, ensuring the efficient use of resources while staying within financial guidelines.
• Innovative Solutions: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to the inflight services process, keeping up with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Must hold or be able to obtain an FAA Certificate of Demonstrated Proficiency.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial or corporate aviation, with a strong background in customer service and business management.
• Extensive knowledge of FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team of Flight Attendants and Cabin Service Representatives.
• Experience with training development and implementation.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle employee conflicts, and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements
